Cory's tape adventures!!!! [03 Mar 2004|09:32pm] OK really good Live Journal story...here goes so i put this REALLY IMPORTANT tape into my tape player, and it decides to eat the tape stuff. Being that it is really important, i try to rip off the cover of the tape player, but cant do it. So i take a screw driver and start jabing it where it is hinged. Then i get the bright idea to heat the screw driver with a lighter and then do the jabbing. it worked on one side, so then i just ripped the other side off. Now i can see that the tape stuff is tangled on this wheel thing that is really hard to get to. So i take the screw driver and start jabbing at the wheel hing. this doesnt work so i get a smaller screw driver to try and undo the screw. Its too big. I then take the origional screw driver and start prying at the wheel thing for it to come off so i can somehow untangle the mess. A half an hour has gone by, seriously, from the time i put the tape in untill now, and now is when i finally get the tape player intestines to shoot out all over me. YES!!! the screw driver managed to tear all the parts out and make them fly everywhere!!! Next i have to get the tape off the wheel thing, ( its trapped on both sides by small metal things). So i takes another 10 min. to unravel the tape. And while this was happening, sticky stuff from the cover joints of the tape player get all over the tape shizz. After that, i tried it on a different one, and it worked!!!!!!! YAYAYAYAYYY ---even though my tape player is completely ruined. hahaha 9 sluts| if you want my body

[15 Jan 2004|06:45pm] I Love My Sister! My sister gets it so hard...I never knew how hard the life of a child whos parents are divorced was until now. It never felt as though it was too hard for me, and maybe it wasnt - or maybe it was that i didnt notice. But my sister has it hard. We spend the majority of our time at my moms, and so we do have a better relationship with out step-dad. Its not like we love him more than my dad, but i guess it appears that way. My step-mom and him always say that they get the short end of the stick. 'They pay for everything, they give my mom too much money, we never see where the money goes, your mom probably spends it on herself.' My mom always asks what is so special about my dads house. Why do we always go over there - we are never at her house. I only go out when im at her house. Why do i save everything for when im at her house. My dad doesnt pay enough money each month. It pays for house bills and thats it. All your extra stuff is not included - the least you could do is spend more time here. She always gets the short end of the stick. My dad is always out of town for work. He wonders why he is never asked to coach or drive kids to a game or why he does not find out about stuff untill the last minute. We always give him a schedule... His feelings are hurt, my moms feelings are hurt - the step-parents know how they feel and they feel we should do someting about it! Screw them, they dont know what its like! All of them say that they want it to be easiest for us - to do what we want to do and dont worry about them because it wont hurt their feelings. ok. It never works, never. With the stresses of daily life, school, college, activities, trying to please people, the parent stress just adds to it, making things harder - the opposite of "what they want." Im over it, im done. But my sister gets it the worst. She is the youngest - a girl - and is used to having my brother and i take some of the shit. But once im gone...it will be just her, alone. Seeing her eyes filled with tears only foreshadows the worst of what is to come. They say they do, but they have no idea what its like. 2 sluts| if you want my body
